Power BI Report Server Subscriptions Greyed out

My team and I are trying to set up subscriptions from the PowerBI report servers. This feature is greyed out and I'm trying to figure out how to get it turned on. My current version of power bi is 2.65.5313.1562 64-bit (January 2019). Any advice?
