Power BI Report Server September 2023 issues on Mashup Evaluation Container

Last Tuesday, we upgraded Power BI Report Server to the September 2023 version (1.18.8683.7488). We saw the CPU running at 100% every morning along with 3~20 more Microsoft Mashup evaluation container processes.

We did not update/upload any new reports. Our previous version was May 2020 and no issues for these years.

Since you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi

We have a pro license. But when I log into the support site above, I get a message:

It looks like you are not subscribed to Power BI Pro yet

what should I do?
