Power BI Report Server October 202 Version & Sample Branding Packages

Hello,

I have 2 questions:

1- There was supposed to be a new version of PBIRS in Sepetemper, but that was postponed to October and I don't see that a version was released in October. Any update on that?

2- I don't want to create a branding package from scratch. Are there any good free readymade branding packages?

An entry showed up on the Power BI blog site last night, change log site hasn't been updated yet though

Not a whole lot of update in it from what I can see.
