Try change change the URL from Report Manager URL to Web Service URL. Check this for detail:

The attempt to connect to the report server failed. Check your connection information and that the report server is a compatible version. The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found. – Obscure Problems and Gotchas

hi,

I have checked the settings, on being powerbi and the other being powerbiRreports.

the url change, do you mean the url setting in rsreportserver.config in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\ReportServer.
