Power BI Report Server LICENSE

Hi 

I have 2 VM's. I have 16 core 1 VM which will have 16 core license sql ee with SA. Now with SA i will get report server key can i run my report server on a separte VM which does not have any sql server running ?

The short answer is no. The report server needs to be on the same server as the SA license.
