Power BI Report Server July 2019
Hi, is there an on prem version of Power BI Server July 2019 available? The latest I can find is May 2019. One of my clients installed Power BI Desktop July 2019 and opened and saved their models in that version. Now none of them can be published to the server as the server is on May 2019 and the models are July 2019.

No, May 2019 is the current release of PBIRS. The on-prem report server is updated every 4 months in Jan, May & Sep each year (see https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-report-server-release-timing-update/). When using Power BI Report Server you should always use the version of Power BI Desktop specific to that version to avoid these sorts of issues (for the May 2019 release the matching Power BI Desktop download is here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56723)
