Power BI Report Server January 2025 - Possible timezone bug?

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.For this issue by default scheduled refresh has only allows UTC timing , as it will not having option to choose the other time zones , please raise a idea forum in the community.

2025 January edition Email subscription Schedules work great if the workstation timezone (in this case GMT) and the Email start time expected is GMT. It converts the GMT to UTC time zone on the Report Server and is delivered as expected. What happens when Daylight saving changes? Do the Schedules need to be edited to reflect time adjustment?
If the workstation timezone is GMT and and your Scheduled time is suppose to be 6:45 PM IST (India Standard Time). I manually calculate it to be 13:15 PM UTC. Because of the Workstation timezone GMT 12:15 PM will be written as the UTC time. It include the GMT daylight saving time when IST does not use Daylight saving time.
We are a global company and need to setup email subscriptions for different timezones destined for both Company and Customer. The work around here would be to set the client workstation timezone to UTC, calculate the UTC time and use shared schedules. Idealy timezone should be included in the Schedule with start time so the UTC time can be calculated correctly.
