Power BI Report Server Default List View

In Power BI Report Server is there a way to make "List" View as default while loading the reports list

    There is no such setting, however you can use something like this - try to add "?ViewMode=Detail" in the end of your PBIRS portal link. I used this trick once with Reporting Services, so it should work. HTH, Ivan

    I will add this as an idea.  I prefer the list view and so do most of my users.
