Power BI Report Server Dashboards Not Refreshing

Hi all,

We have successfully published our dashboards to the server and scheduled auto-refresh, which has been working seamlessly. However, starting yesterday, all dashboards have stopped refreshing without any accompanying error messages. Even when we manually click the refresh button, the status remains stuck in the “refreshing” state.

Appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this matter promptly.

Please try to restart the PBIRS Service, then try again.
