Power BI Report Builder is not opening without error

Hello,

I have been trying to open Microsoft Power BI Report Builder Desktop for past 2 days but nothing opens. there is no error showing and everything else runs as usual.

I have uninstalled and again re installed the application

I have again downloaded package and then again installed.

I have updated my Windows 10 this week only.

I have updated my .NET framework

Please help me with this
