Power BI Report Builder does not render data in Run mode

Data is not populated into the visuals when the report is run, the data seems to be there because on export they show up but I'm not able to see them when I run the report from Power BI Report Builder.

Power BI Report Buider version: v15.7.1811.11

Data Source connection: Semantic model from Power BI Services

Dataset: a simple query which gets 1 field from dataset

EVALUATE
SUMMARIZECOLUMNS (
'Programs'[ProgramID],
FILTER ( 'Programs', NOT ( ISBLANK ( 'Programs'[ProgramID] ) ) )
)

I tried Refresh, reinstall Report Builder, run from another computer where it works.

Any hints or ideas are welcome, thank you.

Looks like your missing the 'Details' row group for your ProgramID (in the visual)

The first image was not full, I haven't removed the Details group. Even if it had been accidentally deleted the table header should have been visible.

It's frustrating because it's something that happens randomly, having several tables, some populate and others don't.

I think it's not something related to how I define the objects in the report, but it's something about the Report Builder problem combined with the specifications of the computer I'm working on. I still don't know what I could check or change.

Thank you for your response.
