I have several reports in Power BI Report Builder that contain query filters passed to the SQL. Upon opening the report, the entire report runs without filters turned on. Some of these reports take a long time to run and I don't want to see the entire report. How can I turn off automatic running of report and allow user to select filters before viewing report?
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you remove the default value from one or more of your parameters the report will then wait for the user to select a value and click run before it executes.
