Power BI Get Data from SAP BW Query display SAP Business warehouse: RfcInvoke failed

When i retrieve data from SAP i found that, it showing

AS i founnd i retreive many data from SAP, I would like to know is there any limited or how to dealwith this case ?

I use Power BI Report server AUG 2018.
