Power BI Dial gauge custom visual not showing in server.

HI,

I am working on Power BI report server May 2019 and have created Power BI report using custom visual Dial Gauge.

When i publish the report to report server, the custom visual(Dial Gauge) does not show up. rest other visual are showing fine.

while troubleshooting in browser console it was giving 401 unauthorized error for visual sandbox. error attached.

I'm having the same issue of custom visuals not displaying, except it doesn't affect all users. We haven't yet been able to determine why some users see the visuals as expected and others see a blank spot in the report.

Chrome Version 102.0.5005.63 (the most recent version as of this posting)

Power BI Report Server Version 1.12.7936.39665 (September 2021)

Custom Visuals: Tachometer Version 3.0.1, Text Filter Version 1.2.1
