Power BI Desktop is a powerful tool for creating and designing Power BI reports. To refresh data and automatically upload reports to Power BI Report Server, you typically need to follow these steps:

1. Design Your Report in Power BI Desktop:

  • Open Power BI Desktop and create or modify your report. Connect to your data sources, design visuals, and create the necessary measures.

2. Set Up Data Refresh:

  • If your report relies on data from external sources, you may want to set up data refresh. This allows your report to pull the latest data from the source when opened or on a scheduled basis.
  • Check Your Phone Number

Hello @ChristianP98 ,

Have you tried Scheduling refresh from the report server itself? You can do this by clicking on the 3 dots next to the report after you have uploaded it to the server, and then click Manage. You should be able to see Scheduled Refresh on the left Menu. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks
