Please help Can't save data source in PBIRS

Question

Hi please help me.&nbsp;I want to set the Scheduled refresh So I need to set the Stored credentials for the report first, Then I go to the Data Sources page and set the credentials for data source . It pass the connection test but when I click save IT SHOW ERROR.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;After click save it's show :&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hello,&nbsp;Please do reupload of the .pbix file and configure the data refresh.I believe there is a corruption in the file that has been uploaded.&nbsp;Thanks.

Hi,&nbsp;Thank you for the answer , But I still got the same problem.&nbsp;How can I find root cause of this error?It just show that something went wrong I've check Power BI reporting server configuration and nothing happend.&nbsp;I dun know about the source of this error please help.&nbsp;Thanks and wish you all the best.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Could you please post the error message from the log files after you repro the issue with the exact time stamp.&nbsp;RSPowerBI_*.log&nbsp;RSManagement_*.logRSPortal_*.logReportingServicesService_*.log

Hi&nbsp;kewivirus&nbsp;Thanks for the log files snippet. What is the service account you are running for Power BI report server service? If you are not running on the domain admin user could you try with that.&nbsp; I am not sure if that helps or not but lets try with that.&nbsp;
