Personal gateway

I try to install personal gateway in my dataset on the powerBI.com. It showed the error that I already have this personal gateway in my computer, I need to un-install to re-install this one. I went to the manage gateway and try to remove the personal gateway and there is the error that I can't remove it.

HI @nattaya_be ,

Find personal gateway in Control Panel=>Programs and Features , select personal gateway and right click , then Uninstall .

You will get an uninstall page, then follow the steps to uninstall. After uninstalling, restart the computer, and then go to Control Panel to search for personal gateway. If there is no result, the uninstallation is successful.
