Personal Gateway issue

Hello All,   we were updating the server and after the update, we are having issue with the personal gateaway   Any insights?

    Hi Ad_Khattak, 

     

    You should not run both on the same server, that will result in errors. As lbendlin said, the personal gateway is intended to run locally on your computer, where the standard gateway is intended to run on a server. 

    I see no reason for the personal gateway to be installed on a server, and no reason to use a personal gateway if a standard gateway is configured.

We still have the issue, we can't have both gateaway active in the server. We used to have both active before the microsfot upgrade.

    Hi lilianarondon 

    Thanks for the update. To understand why both gateways can’t run together after the recent upgrade, could you please confirm:

    • Are both gateways Standard, or is one Personal?

    • Any specific error message when starting both?

    • Are both gateways installed on the same server?

    • Are both gateways updated to the latest version?

    • Did this issue start immediately after the upgrade?
