Paginated report with PowerBI dataset on Report Server?

Is it possible to publish a paginated report created using PowerBI Report Builder that uses a PowerBI dataset, to an on prem Report Server or is that only available on an online premium workspace?

No, currently this is only available in the online premium workspaces. Currently the only way to have multiple reports against one data model on-prem is to use a live connection to an Analysis Services instance
