Paginated Reports Intermittent Rendering Issues

I have a paginated report that has 4 datasets, each running a different stored procedure. The data from each one of these SPs is then output in to separate tables on the report page. My issue is when users are running this report, sometimes it renders correctly, sometimes it doesnt render some visuals, sometimes it renders both items where they are toggled on/off. Then sometimes, less frequently than the other issues, we just get "An unexpected error occurred. An unexpected error occurred in Report Processing."

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
