Hi Migasuke,

Without knowing more detail, I would recommend

  1. Create a view on top of your fact table and join it with the dim table or tables.
  2. Create a stored procedure that uses the view you just created with the parameter you need to filter the dataset.

And give it a try. Also, check the server where the Reporting Services is installed, for any memory pressure, etc. Some time ago, we experienced performance issues, and the network card on the server was the source of the issue.
