Paginated Report Expression

Hello,

 

I have a paginated report expression =Last(Fields!TIME_WORKED_HOURS.Value).  It works fine except for when the most recent month in the time parameters has a Null Value.  For instance, if I run the report for December 2022 - February 2023 and the last month with any values is December, in the MTD column I received the December value instead of 0.  How do I rewrite the expression to the February amount instead of December.
