Paginated Report: Default view not showing page break when there are empty tablix

I have 4 tablix in my report. There is page break between each tablix. When I run the report all these 4 tablix are shown on the Page 1 if there are no data in the tablix. But in the Page view these tablix are present on separate pages.
In the below snip, there are no records in the tablix

And if there is even 1 row present in the tablix then in that case I can see the 1 tablix showing on each page in default view. In the below snip, there is 1 

How do I resolve this issue?

Hi @Anonymous ，

Test select an entire table and then go to the property pane. Update KeepTogather = True.

Hi @v-luwang-msft,

I need the page break to happen in the default view also even if the table doesn't has any record. In this case just want the columns headers to be shown on the each page.
