Page Level filter for different groups

I have a dashboard with 3 tabs - Landing tab, Executive summary tab and ALB tab. I have to give access to group 1 to just the landing page, group 2 to Landing tab and Executive summary tab, group 3 to all the tabs. group1 and 2 should be be able to access the other tabs which is not assigned to them.
I should have a navigating button on the landing page which should be visble only to the particular group and can access the specific tab.

  • 1) Create reports

    From the same dataset, create:

    • Report A → Landing page only

    • Report B → Landing + Executive Summary

    • Report C → Landing + Executive + ALB

Each report physically contains only the pages it’s allowed to show.

    2) Build a single Workspace App

Publish an App from the workspace and configure navigation:

    • Add Report A, Report B, Report C to the App

    • Do not expose the workspace itself to users

    3) Assign access by audience

    Create App audiences:

    • Audience 1 (Group 1) → Report A only

    • Audience 2 (Group 2) → Report B only

    • Audience 3 (Group 3) → Report C only

  • Hi cengizhanarslan
This is the report server forum, so Apps aren't a thing and won't be a solution here.

You can't set security differently on different pages of the report, so I would recommend creating multiple reports if you need different security.

Having navigation buttons only visible to specific people is also not possible on report server.
