PBIRS Sep2019 - Return 403 by modelsAndExploration when openning report

Hi,

when opening a report stored on the web portal, the url for PBIRS Sep 2019 sometimes does not load it.

I see an error in the console:

I did not identify any problem in the PBIRS logs.

Info about report:

The report is created from local CSV and XLSX files. Its size is 250MB. The report was developed under the same version as PBIRS.

Any ideas for solving this problem?

Your PBIRS version is too old...

In fact, for versions before 2020 May, support is no longer available.

You can see that every version upgrade will solve the existing issues.

If you can upgrade to the new version, then we can continue to support. Download Microsoft Power BI Report Server- September 2021 from Official Microsoft Download Center

It is need to backup before upgrading version.

And the information you provided is too little to judge.

Can other reports be opened normally? If everything else is normal, you need to go to the settings to confirm whether this data source credentials are correct.

You can also try to use to use a different browser and upgrade pbirs version.
