PBI Server Installation - Access Denied

It looks like Kerberos issue - AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON. Can you just use the sql login while connecting to data source and try. Adam made a nice video which explains this test - https://guyinacube.com/2017/02/configure-kerberos-power-bi-reports-reporting-services/

I also tried publishing a report with no data sources, and it still does not render.
