PBI Report Server scheduled refresh failing following May 2022 update (build 15.0.1108.297)

Hi,

After upgrading our UAT PBI report Server to the May 2022 release all of the PBI report scheduled refreshes started to fail and we have been unable to find a fix. I've had to roll back to the previous Version: 1.13.8086.22725 (build 15.0.1108.159), Released: February 23, 2022

Below is the error messgae returned when trying to refresh the data and the log file text. 

2022-10-06 13:32:34.8517|ERROR|19|Error Processing Data Model Refresh: SessionId: 8d1cec32-9251-4619-aa25-9d9515b939b, Status: Error Failed to refresh the model, Exception Microsoft.AnalysisServices.OperationException: Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation.;Cannot create process.
Cannot create process.
Cannot create process.
Access is denied. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.
The database operation was cancelled because of an earlier failure.

Hi @Gdawg41 ，

Pls refer the  microsoft article,this question case by incorrect Credentials.Pls check the permissions for the account through which the data schedule to refresh.
