PBI Refreshing

As shown in the pic above, it keeps refreshing, but no progress is made, dan the data is not refreshed

Hi,@CKCHEN .I am glad to help you.

This is in fact by design: about why the status stays “refreshing” after the Report Server Web portal performs a scheduled refresh.
All you need to do is to click on the Browser Refresh button in the upper left corner and then re-enter the web checking state (it is recommended to refresh the browser page after two to three minutes of executing the refresh plan).

You will be able to see the final results of the refresh execution (regardless of whether they succeeded or failed)
