Online dashboard on Report Server

Hi, I'm creating a report with report desktop, will publish it to Report Server, I saw questions about this but were from last year, maybe there is an improvement?

The question is, how can I make it to autoupdate every n minutes? and in Desktop for this Sould I use Direct query (with all the constraints it has, or can go with import and then schedule load every n minutes).

And, if there is any way to refresh screen every x minutes, cant install an chrome addon on every client PC or tell them to refresh.

The other solution is to embed it in a html and refresh that with js...it's an ugly solution but it can work too.

Think it like an online ticket backlog report with times/SLAs from current day.
