Hi,
I have been using the gateway for quite some time now without issues. Today I was unable to login via my Power BI Service email. I noticed a newer version of the gateway was available so I went ahead and upgraded, but I ended with the same issue of not being able to sign in. I have tried every guidance on the internet without luck.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, what worked for you as a solution?

Four hours after the issue started, I was able to log in. Not sure what made this happen. Worked out of nowhere.

Is your company using a custom proxy?
