On object editing - report server version

I installed the January 2024 RS version of powerbi desktop and there is no preview features in Options. Is on object editing not available in the RS version?

You will find preview features in the cloud version only. Neither in Power BI Report Server, nor in Power BI Desktop optimized for Report Server this feature is available.
