On-Premise Gateway not running successfully on remote server if pc is not on

I have an on-premise gateway set up on a remote server connecting to a Snowflake database.  It ran fine for about two weeks.  Now it will only run if my pc is on.  The scheduled refresh gets the following error message:

 

"Your data gateway is offline or could not be reached.  Ensure the computer running the gateway is on during the refresh period."

 

I can't find anything that changed.  I tried restarting the gateway on the remote server and it still did not work unless my pc was on.

 

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!
