Older Version of "Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software"

Hi all,

We are on PowerBI Desktop (March 2018) with Report Server. 

We got a report that need to use the custom visual "Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software" to display some addition infomation in the report.

It is found that the custom visual "Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software" on the Market place has been updated recently while the latest version (v3.1.2.0) is not supported by our Report Server (Error msg: Custom visual is not supported).  

Would anyone please help provide ways to download the older verions of "Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software" (version just before 3.1.2.0)? (Since it worked with v2.x.x.x in the previous time). Many Thanks!

Hi @IvanChow,

When and where did you see this error message "Custom visual is not supported"? In my test, I could load "Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software" successfully into PowerBI Desktop (March 2018) and display data correctly.

Thanks for your kindly reply. The Tooltip is fine with my Power BI Desktop (March 2018). We got the error message when we uploaded the report to the Report Server and it shown as below screen cap:

We have figured out that it is the versioning issue that our Report Server is not support with the latest version of "Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software", so we had searched on web for the previous version of "Dynamic Tooltip" and everything just become fine.

I'm having the same issue. How did you get access to a previous version of "Dynamic Tooltip"? I'm looking for this and still couldnt find it.
