October GA version bug? Chart not render when there is a legend

Hi,    We recently upgraded the preview version of PBI server to recent GA but it seems like chart don't render properly when there is a legend.   Is this known bug ?

v-qiuyu-msft thanks for the video we have a bug on our end and we're looking into.
