October GA version bug? Chart not render when there is a legend

Hi,    We recently upgraded the preview version of PBI server to recent GA but it seems like chart don't render properly when there is a legend.   Is this known bug ?

bonosungho nicholaszyu MR2017 can you provide an isolated repro report and private message it to me so we can try to repro this on our end. This sounds a lot like caching issues but if your seeing it in Desktop and the browser it's likely something else. One more quick question, do any of you have the latest Service version of the Desktop installed? If so are you seeing the issue there? Thanks!

The issue seems happening when i select the base measure in the cube. Calculated measures render without any issue....
