ODBC connection with scheduled refresh

We are creating a hospital lab dashboard and the only hurdle we are facing currently is the manual refresh of data and it is cumbersome. Is there a possible workaround to setup a scheduled refresh in an ODBC connection to a hospital lims database? Thanks.

Hi @mcam0087 ,

You can indeed connect to this data source and then configure scheduled refreshes for it.
If it is for dashboard data, you can also configure automatic page refreshes.

Thanks for your reply. However at the moment the option is greyed out. Do I need a gateway to overcome this?
