Please, I need help with this setback.
I created ODBC connection to my Oracle Database connected to Power BI Desktop optimised for report server.
Now I want to use the same ODBC to connect to my report builder I get this error. When I tried to create ODBC with 32bit I get another error. Kindly advise on what I should do in this situation

Hi @M_nwadibia ,
The error is caused by that you create User DSN in ODBC administrator. Please create a System DSN to points to your data source in in ODBC administrator, then add the ODBC data source under gateway. When adding a ODBC data source under gateway, make sure you enter the same connection string as that you get in Power BI Desktop. Check if you have installed ODBC oracle drivers correctly for both, 32bit and 64bit enviroment. You can also check connectivity from Power BI Desktop both 32bit and 64bit versions. Report Builder is only 32bit 😞
Hello,
I installed the ODBC driver for Power BI which is 64bit but if I try to create ODBC for report Builder I dont see the Oracle client 19 for selection. Does it mean you can only install the ODBC driver for oracle client just for either Power BI or Report Builder?
Hello,
I use both Power BI Desktop and Report Builder to create my reports. The ODBC works in Power BI destop but when I try to use it in Report Builder I get the error below.
I need help on the steps to resolve the error.

Hello,
I tried creating the ODBC in system DSN and I get this error
Hello,
I am using a Report server and not Power BI service. I dont need a gateway in this case.
