Number of visitors on the dashboard and their exports of data from Report Server

Hello, where I am able to find log statistics about visitors...who and from where they downloand/export data(excel, csv ect.) from Report?

I already find this: Number of visitors on the dashboard - on power bi ... - Microsoft Power BI Community

but it just works for number of visitors.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @LiborK ,

You can get related information from ExecutionLog3. You can also create a report based it to see:

  1. Who is viewing reports?
  2. Which reports are the most popular?
  3. When are reports being executed?
  4. What is performance like (any slow reports?)?
  5. What % of the workload is Power BI reports versus other report types?

Based on my test, when I export data from a report, a new log appears like below. You can find the user in "UserName" column for each action. However, it shows "QueryData", not "Export data", in "itemAction" column.

Thank you for your answer, but I see in "itemAction" column "Query data" If I just view the report. When I click on "Export Data", I see the same result in "itemAction"("Query data") column. So there is no way how to get these information, because this information is not saved by default?
