Number Format and Label Collision in Hebrew

Hello,

We uploaded a report developed in PBI Desktop to Report Server.

The labels in the report are in Hebrew.

When the report is viewied PBI desktop, the labels are arranged perfectly and are not colliding. Additionlally, the number 78,236 appears as 78K

When the report is viewed on the server, the labels are colliding, condensed (one letter of the label is over the other letter of the same label) and the K is replaced with the Hebrew word for "Thousand".

Is there a way to solve the server issue?
