Hello,
We recently had a certificate expire for our on-prem PowerBI Report Server environment. After deploying a new certificate, which is stored locally, we are unable to see the newly installed certificate under the dropdown menu in the Web Portal URL section of the Report Server Configuration Manager. We researched this extensively and made sure the Certificate binding is correct and removed other bindings. Has anyone else encountered this before? If so, what are some potential fixes?
Solved! Go to Solution.
We found the fix to this was manually adding the cert using the netsh command, cleaned the old certs out of the rsreportserver.config file and restarted server.
