Hi,@Dnyan_Kokare .Has your problem been solved?
I retested the path issue later.
My correct path is http://vm0/Reports
When I try to add as http://vm0/Reports/browse in the saved location, the system gives me an unexpected error
I noticed that the error that occurs is not consistent with the problem you provided.
So I think there may be a possible problem with your Report Server's Web Service URL and Web Portal URL configuration. (You can try to reconfigure the Web Portal URL)
Please recheck whether your configuration is correct, if the error is still reported, please refer to the following article, which has similar upload file problem troubleshooting steps

Carson Jian,

The two screenshots reveal a persistent problem with publishing or uploading a report to Power BI Report Server. The initial image shows a connection error, stating "We couldn't find a Power BI Report Server at this address" for the provided URL http://10.221.134.135:8181/PBIRS/browse . This suggests a potential issue with the server address, network connectivity, or the server's operational status. The second screenshot displays a subsequent error message, "An error has occurred. There was an error uploading your file. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file." This message appears after attempting to upload, indicating a problem with the report file itself. The file might be corrupted, incompatible with the Report Server version, or have an incorrect file extension. Therefore, troubleshooting this issue requires checking both the server connection and the report file integrity.
Hi,R1k91 and Yvette123456 ,thanks for your concern about this issue.
Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hello,@Dnyan_Kokare .I am glad to help you.
As others have suggested, could you please check that the URL for your Web Portal is correct and does not contain browse.
Also check that your account has been assigned permissions to manage files.
Below is my test:
I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

Hi,
For me this error solved by giving the service account local admin permissions on the server.
