I am getting this error and can't figure out how to fix it. We have a backup gateway that is connected to a laptop and that one is working fine. But we can't get the cluster gateway to work again. What do we do? How do we get a gateway online?

Hi @chelsweigandt ,

The first thing to understand is that the cluster servers need to be configured on a separate computer and they must be completely independent of each other. When one is not working, another one will be started.

Make sure to configure them during installation according to the official documentation:
