No Download button for role Browser and hosted excel workbooks

Hello,

we enabled on our on-prem Report Server the hosted excel workbooks feature.

Everything fine beside that user cannot download the excel-file anymore (only view).

The only option is to add the role "manage reports" -but I want to avoid that.

 

Do anyone have a tipp how to enable the download?
