New login required after changing report pages when using Power BI in an iPAD browser

Hi, we are using Power BI Report Server and have an issue that occurs only when using iPAD browsers (Safari or Google Chrome).

After changing several times between different pages of one report  (between 2 and 5 times), a new login is required.

In Windows browsers (Edge and Chrome) the same reports work fine and the session keeps alive until the browser window is closed.

Are there any ideas for this?

Thanks,

Alex

No other ideas on this? Has anyone identified the same problem?

Sounds like an issue with Safari on the iPad (even the Chrome browser on the iPad still uses the Safari rendering engine on iOS). Have you tried using the iPad Power BI app instead of the browser to view the reports?

Thanks, yes, the iPad Power BI app works fine, but many of users prefer the browser version because you can zoom natively ...
