Need help on PowerBI report

I have field with 4 values a,b,c,d for my PowerBI report and  I can see that on selecting the option "a" , my stacked bar chart is showing value percent of option "a" as well as "b" whille count is correct for "a" but not sure why option "b" is also getting populated in my chart, any help to fix it.
