Need help direct query visuals not showing

Hi Team,

I have connect to SQL Direct query to create a Report. Power bi desktop end everything working fine. I have installed the datagateway also in the VM. When i published the report to power bi service visuals not showing and getting below error "Username needs to include a domain. Please use the format user@domain or domain\user and try again" 

Could you please help how to resolve this.
