I've tried to submit emails for assistance but the Help & Support function doesn't seem to go anywhere.
Does anyone know how to refresh their Presence dataset? In November I had access to October data but in December, I only see data up to August 2024.

Have you contacted the teams in charge of your data source? If the data you need to get is a report in the workspace, then you need to find the owner of the report, contact them and ask them to provide you with access to the corresponding semantic model.
