Need Assistance with Data Display Issue in PowerBI Report

Dear Experts,
We are using Power BI report server (On Premises). I am facing following issue.
After the report schedule refresh, I am unable to find the refresh data in the report. However, when I download the pbix file from the report server and open it in PowerBI desktop, I can see the refreshed data. I have already tested the connection successfully and the data has been refreshed successfully.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue and getting the data to display properly in the PowerBI report. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @Anonymous ,

There may be a delay in the scheduled refresh of the report, if it is in a peak period, the data will not be displayed after the normal refresh.
