My subscription page setting dimmed

Hi

 

How do I setup my subscriptions and are it able to send an email to the users?

    Samantha do you have content manager permissoins on your PBI Report server?

      Hi

       

      Yes I do have Content Manager permissions and how do I add my subscription here?

       

       

      Also my PBI Report Server version is Version 1.1.6582.41691 (October 2017) 

       

      I am installing on a on-premises, do I need to install the gateway?

       

      Any help is much appreciated!
