Mobile view dashboard don't work

I made phone layout on the power bi software but when I viewing the dashboard via direct link in my phone it dosen't show as Mobile version as I created but i shows on the Power BI app, the problem here is no everyone have the app and have time to register a make a account in the app to see a dashboard, the invite feature dosen't even work when I send it to my collage.

So is there any way to view the mobile layout in a direct link as it have for dekstop web?
